Challenge
Modernising a fragmented, legacy digital presence for one of the world's largest asset managers, while simultaneously designing UX for an early internal AI assistant at a time when almost no financial institutions had tackled conversational AI.
Approach
Led two parallel workstreams. First: full legacy-to-responsive redesign of the global Asset Management platform across all form factors, working directly with directors to align visual language with UBS brand standards and optimise information hierarchy. Second: owned end-to-end UX and interaction design for an internal AI assistant, defining conversation flows, task automation workflows, and the complete user experience from scratch, without established patterns to follow.
