Redesigning global retail banking experience as part of HSBC's largest-ever digital transformation programme, including the global rollout of biometric authentication.​​​​​​​
Approach
Designed high-fidelity prototypes, UI systems, and atomic components for online banking across global markets. Participated in user research to ensure compliance alignment and brand consistency. Contributed to the foundational component library adopted as the design standard across the transformation programme.
