Vice President, UX Designer · 2024 · Highest-priority firm initiative
Challenge
JPMorgan had no centralised system for managing relationships with the world's largest institutional asset managers. Client data lived in silos, spreadsheets, and physical notebooks, creating risk, inconsistency, and missed opportunity at the highest levels of the firm.
Approach
Collaborated within a high-performance team of PhD researchers and Strategic Designers during a high-stakes discovery phase. Acted as the strategic bridge between deep qualitative research and executive-level decision-making, responsible for synthesizing complex banking workflows into a unified 'Single Source of Truth'. By supporting stakeholder interviews with Managing Directors, I decoded intricate domain knowledge to provide strategic UX direction and facilitate rapid experimentation. Developed interactive knowledge architecture and research maps, enabling leadership to navigate the discovery landscape and align on overarching business goals without losing granular context.
